healthy way of enjoying the countryside and there are a
variety of routes and trails, many of which will be fully way
marked and will have accompanying leaflets. Details of these
are available from the Tourist Information Centre. You can
hire a bike or if you have your own mountain bike you can
follow the first class trails in the Coed y Brenin,
being only 20 minutes away -
